Accessibility Statement

Potenza Rentals wants this website to work for everyone, and aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Pages use headings, landmarks and labeled form fields so that screen readers can move through them.
• Every photo that carries meaning has a text description.
• The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast levels.
• Motion on the home page and the fade-in effects stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and the film on the home page has a pause button.
• The layout adapts to small phone screens and to browser zoom.

Testing

We test the site with keyboard-only navigation and with automated accessibility checks (axe) on desktop and phone screen sizes.

Known limitations

Some photo galleries describe each apartment photo briefly rather than in full detail. If you need more detail about a room before booking, ask us and we will describe it.

Accessible features of the apartments

The apartments are in residential buildings on the Malecón. Several listings note an elevator in the building, and one penthouse is reached by a last flight of stairs from the seventh floor. Many apartments have a freestanding bathtub, and some bathrooms have a walk-in shower. The apartments have not been certified as wheelchair accessible, so if you use a wheelchair or need step-free access, please contact us before booking and we will tell you exactly what each apartment offers.

The villa in Boca Canasta is a single house with a pool. Contact us for details on entrances and bathrooms before booking.
