The website

This site gives information about Potenza Rentals' apartments in Santo Domingo and its villa in Boca Canasta, Dominican Republic, and about traveling to and around Santo Domingo. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Bookings

The terms of a stay, such as payment, cancellation, house rules and check-in, are the ones shown when you book and confirmed by Potenza Rentals for your reservation. If anything on this site differs from your booking confirmation, the confirmation applies.

Content and photos

The text, design and photos of the apartments, the building and the villa belong to Potenza Rentals or are used with permission. Photos of places in Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic are used under their licenses and credited on the page where they appear and on the photo credits page. Please do not copy the site's content for commercial use without asking.

Trademarks

Airbnb, Little Hotelier, SiteMinder, Google and other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Potenza Rentals is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Travel information

The guides and flying-in pages are general information to help you plan. Flight routes, entry rules, prices, opening hours and schedules change, so check with the airline, the government office or the business before you travel. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration or professional advice.

Limits of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Potenza Rentals is not liable for losses that come from using the site or from relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
